Its staff and location were perfect, and for us everything was good. We ate at a good restaurant for breakfast.

I really enjoyed its rooms and comfort, very comfortable building. I was here for 1 night and ate at attached restaurant on the main floor. Coffee and tea making equipment, and a fridge were available in the kitchen.

Do n't know any better place than Listel. Room was a good value. My bonus points for Burrard subway station, located very close to the hotel.

Staff all helpful courteous & cheerful. Although arrived early a room was found very promptly.
Technical point water pressure from shower on 6th floor not as good when we returned later for further stay but not bad enough to complain so lived with it.

Location is easily accessible to restaurants and transportation. The service is courteous and the hotel/rooms were clean. Delicious coffee delivered to our door each morning at our selected hour (free and with a smile). Our housekeeper wrote us a thank you note upon receiving her tip! This hotel offers many thoughtful gestures which were surprising, thoughtful, helpful and free! Free internet and up to three (3) hours of long distance telephone calls to the U.S. are included in the room price.
