Our family trip was fantastic! We loved how centrally located the hotel was. we could easily stroll along the vibrant Robson Street for shopping and dining. The morning routine was a delight with customized coffee delivery, and the eco-friendly touches like glass water bottles really made a difference.
In my wife’s opinion, the children wished for a play area within the hotel.

We had a great time enjoying the delivery of French press coffee each morning and soaking in the filtered water station on our floor. The kids loved the relaxing outdoor terrace and the art-filled space around the hotel. The only hiccup was that some room fixtures felt a bit dated, but overall, it didn't ruin our stay. 😊

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when we checked in early — they made us feel right at home! ! The room was spacious and had a huge bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring.
It wasn't exactly on the cheap side but totally worth it.

I stayed at the Listel Hotel for three nights and had a fairly good time. The location on Robson Street is fantastic. It's close to shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore. I enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea service in the room, along with free filtered water stations on each floor. The bed in my room, a Gallery Two Queens, was very comfy, and the bathroom was spacious, which added to the comfort level of my stay. However, there were a couple of shortcomings. The furnishings felt a bit outdated, and the bathroom amenities weren’t as modern as expected. Also, there seemed to be some noise from the street, making it difficult to fully relax at times. Parking was a hassle. there's no proper space for drop-offs, and valet service got crowded during busy hours. Overall, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Had a lovely spacious room, with complimentary sparkling water on tap and those fancy electric bikes for a fun ride. Plus, morning coffee delivery? Yes, please!

The location was perfect for exploring the city! The manager at checkout was very accommodating and allowed us to use the showers much later in the day. The beds were really comfortable, making for a good night’s rest.
The hotel is quite outdated for the price.
