I stayed at the Listel Hotel for three nights and had a fairly good time. The location on Robson Street is fantastic. It's close to shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore. I enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea service in the room, along with free filtered water stations on each floor. The bed in my room, a Gallery Two Queens, was very comfy, and the bathroom was spacious, which added to the comfort level of my stay. However, there were a couple of shortcomings. The furnishings felt a bit outdated, and the bathroom amenities weren’t as modern as expected. Also, there seemed to be some noise from the street, making it difficult to fully relax at times. Parking was a hassle. there's no proper space for drop-offs, and valet service got crowded during busy hours. Overall, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

I truly appreciated the vibrant artwork throughout the hotel, especially the unique pieces in the lobby. The layout was easy to navigate, making it accessible for seniors. The complimentary French press coffee in the mornings was a delightful touch!
More storage space in the room would be helpful.

Family with children will love this!
The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when we checked in early. The room was spacious and had a huge bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring.
It wasn't exactly on the cheap side but totally worth it.

We had a great time enjoying the delivery of French press coffee each morning and soaking in the filtered water station on our floor. The kids loved the relaxing outdoor terrace and the art-filled space around the hotel. The only hiccup was that some room fixtures felt a bit dated, but overall, it didn't ruin our stay. 😊

Our family trip was fantastic! We loved how centrally located the hotel was. we could easily stroll along the vibrant Robson Street for shopping and dining. The morning routine was a delight with customized coffee delivery, and the eco-friendly touches like glass water bottles really made a difference.
In my wife’s opinion, the children wished for a play area within the hotel.

Perfect location with attentive staff
I had a delightful three-night stay in the Gallery Two Queens room. The location couldn't be better—right on Robson Street, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room was spacious and clean, and I especially appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea service. The friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. However, some additional storage space would have made the room even more convenient.

Had a lovely spacious room, with complimentary sparkling water on tap and those fancy electric bikes for a fun ride. Plus, morning coffee delivery? Yes, please!
But honestly, a check-in time of 4 pm? Who has time for that? It felt like waiting for a royal to arrive!
